All sales are final. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be exchanged for a different size, color, or product for any reason.

Why We Do Not Offer Exchanges

Our collections are crafted in limited quantities using premium fabrics and artisanal techniques.

Due to the exclusive and limited-edition nature of our products, we are unable to facilitate exchanges after a purchase is made.

Exception: Defective or Incorrect Dispatch

In case you receive:

  • A defective item
  • An incorrect product

  • Clear photographs of the issue

Resolution:

  • Cases will be reviewed individually.
  • Eligible requests will be resolved via:
