All purchases made on www.manmeera.com are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review:

Fabric details
Care instructions

before placing an order.

No Return Policy

We do not accept returns under any circumstances, including:

Change of mind
Incorrect size selection
Personal preference

Additionally:

Custom-made and made-to-order products are strictly non-returnable
Embroidered pieces are non-returnable
Sale and promotional items are non-returnable

No Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued once payment has been processed
This applies to all payment methods including:
- Credit / Debit Cards
- UPI
- Net Banking
- Wallets
- Cash on Delivery
Orders cancelled after placement are not eligible for refunds
Gift cards and store credits are non-refundable and non-transferable

Exception: Defective or Incorrect Items

In rare cases where:

You receive a defective item
You receive the wrong product

Resolution:

Verified cases will be eligible for a replacement of the same item (subject to availability)
If replacement is not possible, a store credit of equivalent value will be issued
