Overview

This Shipping Policy outlines how Manmeera processes and delivers orders.

Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Kindly verify all order details carefully before checkout.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Processing excludes weekends and public holidays.
  • Custom, hand-crafted, or made-to-order pieces require an additional 7 to 14 business days for production before dispatch.
  • During peak festive seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • We ship Pan-India via BlueDart, Delhivery, and Shiprocket.

International Shipping

  • We ship to select destinations including: UAE, UK, USA, Canada, and Singapore.
  • Shipping partners: DHL / FedEx International.
  • Estimated delivery: 7 to 14 business days (subject to customs clearance).
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
  • Important: Import duties, customs taxes, and local charges are the customer’s responsibility.
  • International orders are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Order Tracking

  • A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched.
  • You can track your order via: Your Manmeera account → My Orders or the Courier partner’s official website.
  • Tracking updates are usually available within 24 hours of dispatch.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, recipient unavailable, or parcel refusal, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

  • Re-dispatch will incur an additional shipping charge.
  • Address changes cannot be made after dispatch.

Damaged or Lost in Transit

  • If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, do not accept it.
  • Contact us within 24 hours at +91-9810100400.
  • Share: Order ID and clear photos of the package.
  • We will investigate and, if verified, arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • Certain remote or restricted pincodes may not be serviceable.
  • You will be notified at checkout if your location is unserviceable.
